- The cost of the solution is in the commercial offer and depends on the scope of work, the complexity of the level of layout design, the uniqueness of the source material and the number of design concepts of suppliers to choose from.
- The cost of services, the current performance and description of the work performed in the form of a commercial offer, in electronic form in response to the brief filled in by the customer.
- The price includes the development of a design layout and its completion in accordance with the wishes of the customer: color correction, text correction, precise signs and calculation of compositional changes. Everything else that is not included in the concept of "refinement" is recognized as "processing". The cost of processing is agreed and paid additionally.
- After agreeing on the commercial offer, the customer chooses the payment method: online check (by bank payment card) or to the current account specified in the Agreement concluded between the parties.
- Payment is made in two stages: an advance payment of 50% before the start of work and an additional payment of 50% after the evaluation of the results of work (before issuing files ready for replication).
- In case of cancellation of the order, before the start of the design concept development stage, the customer has the right to demand the return of the prepayment made in full.
- The customer has the right to refuse to accept the work at the stage of design concept approval. At the same time, the prepayment in the amount of 50% remains with the contractor as compensation for the amount of work performed.
- The procedure for returning funds to the client's bank card is governed by the rules of international payment systems. To return, you must fill out the "Return Application" and send it to the email address: info@akimmelnik.com.
- To return erroneously transferred funds, you must apply with a written application and a check of receipts confirming the erroneous debiting to the e-mail address: info@akimmelnik.com.
- The term for consideration of the Application for the return of funds is 21 business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for the return of funds".
- When paying with a bank payment card or to the settlement account of the contractor under the Agreement, a cash refund is not allowed.
- Refunds are made to the card with which the payment was made.
- The contractor provides design development services and provides the result of the work for consideration to the customer by e-mail.
- The Contractor has the right to involve third parties in the performance of its obligations.
- The customer undertakes to consider the result of the work provided by the contractor, to agree or make amendments for the revision / revision of the design layout.
- Terms of rendering services are indicated in the commercial offer and agreed with the customer.
- If it is necessary to refine / rework the design layout, the deadlines are determined and agreed upon additionally.
- The time for coordinating the results of work and clarifying the conditions for revision / processing is not taken into account in the deadlines.
- The customer receives the exclusive right to the result of the work as an object of intellectual property created by the contractor on the instructions of the customer. The cost of transferring such rights is included in the cost of the relevant works.
- Options for design layouts provided to choose from, but not approved and not additionally paid by the customer, are considered the property of the contractor.
- The contractor has the right to place an advertising inscription on the results of his work: "DESIGN akimmelnik.com" (size no more than 2.5 cm).
- The Contractor, without the consent of the customer, has the right to place works for public information through the Internet, the media and other means of disseminating information for the purpose of self-promotion.
- The Contractor is not responsible for errors made by the customer in the information provided, as well as for textual errors made in the process of developing design layouts.
- When performing work, the performer may use one or a montage of several photographs purchased by the performer under a standard license from «Shutterstock». At the same time, the cost of standard licenses is included in the cost of work performed in accordance with the approved commercial offer/Contract. If necessary, the customer independently and at his own expense acquires extended licenses for the photographs used in the design layouts.
