Cost and Payment
  • The cost of services is determined depending on the level of complexity of the required design layout, the amount of work and the number of concepts provided to choose from.
  • Payment is made in two stages: prepayment of 50% before the start of work and surcharge of 50% after the approval of the result of work (before sending the design layouts to the printing house).
  • If necessary, the Contractor updates the option chosen by the Customer. The modification includes: color correction, text, technical characters and minor changes to the proposed compositional solution.
  • Everything else that is not included in the concept of "modification" is recognized as "remake". The cost of modification, as well as the timing of its implementation, are agreed upon by the Parties additionally and drawn up by the relevant specification.
Obligations of the parties
  • The Contractor provides services related to the development of design (hereinafter referred to as "work").
  • The Customer agrees to accept and pay for the work performed.
  • The Contractor has the right to attract third parties to fulfill its obligations.
  • The result of the work is transmitted to the Customer by e-mail.
  • Dates of execution, cost and scope of work are indicated in the specification.
  • In case of violation by the Customer of the deadlines for the provision of information on the coordination of the results of work, payment for services, the Contractor is entitled to postpone the deadline for the provision of services for the corresponding number of days of delay.
  • The Сustomer receives the exclusive right to the result of work as an intellectual property created by the Contractor on behalf of the Customer. The cost of transferring such rights is included in the cost of the relevant work.
  • Options for design layouts provided to choose from, but not approved and not additionally paid by the Customer are considered the property of the Contractor.
  • The Contractor has the right to place an advertising inscription on the results of its work: "DESIGN akimmelnik.com" (size not exceeding 2.5 cm).
  • The Contractor, without the consent of the Customer, has the right to post works for general information through the Internet and other media for self-promotion.
  • The Contractor is not responsible for errors made by the Customer in the information provided, as well as for text errors made during the development of design layouts.
  • When performing work, the Contractor has the right to use one or a montage of several photographs purchased by the Contractor under a standard license from «Shutterstock». In this case, the cost of a standard license is included in the cost of work performed under this agreement. If necessary, the Customer independently acquires at his own expense extended licenses for the photographs used in the work.
  • In case of cancellation of services, the amount of money is returned to the Customer, minus the cost of work already completed. The price of the work performed is determined by calculation, according to the approved specification.
  • When paying with a bank payment card, cash refunds are not allowed.
  • The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems. To return money to a bank card, you must fill out the "Application for refund", which should be sent to info@akimmelnik.com.
  • The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for refund." To return funds for operations with errors, it is necessary to apply with a written statement and receipts confirming the erroneous write-off.
  • The term for consideration of the Application and the refund starts to be calculated from the moment it is received and calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.
